Okie, I'm gonna start replacing the back clip from where it was hit in a week or two.. I need someone to tell me exactly How.. i'm gonna be taking the top off too, to install a sunroof(i think).. need to know how

Remove headliner.
Remove 4 bolts.
Remove wiper arms.
Remove black plastic trim around outside of windshield.
Remove plastic vent/deck cover and clips at bottom of windshield/wiper.
Use a long thin knife or wire to remove goo seal that runs across the top of the roof just above the windshield (about 2" back from the glass) (yes it can be a big pain to remove this stuff)
Remove roof panel.
Install new roof panel.

You do not need to remove windshield.
When "cutting" thru goo, use caution so you do not chip or damage windshield. Even the smallest chip can turn into a large crack over time. (the wire type of cutter is safer than the knife)
