I have a bodywork question. I have a lower rear quarter panel that has a gash in it. There is no hole, just a gash approx. 3" long. Can you use regular Bondo to repair it or do you have to use fiber glass repair. I have a lot of experience with the regular bondo and none using fiberglass. Will the regular stick etc? Any information appreciated. Thanks, Bob

Use flexable body filler available at most automotive paint supply places.

The stuff I have had the best results with is called Flexible Sem Weld. It is made by Sem Products, Inc. 651 Michael Wylie Drive, Charlotte, NC 28217. Ph.#704-522-1006; order desk: 800-831-1122;fax# 704-522-7008. You should be able to get it at any auto paint supply house, like Phil said.
