Wow does that ever look sweet! What kind of system is it, and where did you get those tips from?

I have been having the same guy make my exhaust systems for about 10 years now. I took the car to him and said, "Do your best."
This is what he came up with. The mufflers are what he called "turbo tubes". They look like big glass-packs, but have internal baffles and tubing like a traditional turbo muffler. The tips? I have no idea what to call them! The entire exhaust system was made to fit from 2 inch pipe on an old timey pipe bender.
The sound? GREAT!!!!! Not too loud, but more rumble than stock- especially above 4500 RPM's.

This engine really loves to rev, and it does it so fast that everybody that I have let drive the car has pushed the tach beyond 6000 in first gear! I really need to get a rev-limiter for this thing.

Wow, true duals! Now that's cool!

But I gotta ask...what happened to your trunk floor? Ouch!

Ever thought about putting a crossover pipe in there to equalize the flow? Even better, you can fab up a 'crossflow', or an X between to the two pipes for a completely different sound (higher pitch in the upper RPM's). The Mustang guys are just now discovering the X pipe benifits over the regular crossover pipe. Just a suggestion if you have some boomingness going on.
