I'm in the process of receiving a 86 decklid, Seller stated its the same as the 85GT....It also has holes from a spoiler. I thinking about putting a aftermarket spoiler on my 84 2M4.... What are the needed measurement for a spoiler on a Fiero???? Thanks for any help!!!!!

The measurement for the GM rear spoiler for the Fiero.... An online company, that sale aftermarket spoiler, stated that he has a spoiler with the same measurement, as the OEM Rear Spoiler..... ( The measurement of the drilled pattern...)

The bolt pattern for the spoiler on my 86SE is approx 29" x 4 3/8". I say approx as it is early and I am trying to get ready to go to the station. I'm guessing by your user name that you can relate (fellow firefighter?) Hope this helps. Sully.

Man, Earne, you must be getting close to retirement. I hope to see the day when I can say that I have 25 yrs here. 18, I there is another member (geyser) that I believe is a firefighter. Anyone else? If any of you collect patches and would like one from Lexington, KY just let me know. Wxxo- if mine ever goes up I would probably be too upset to do anything. Just the same, I will be putting an extinguisher in there someplace!

Back to your question. If you raise the trunk you will see two round spots under the trunk lid one on each side. This is where the factory spoiler is mounted. Holes are drilled in the middle of thes two spots. It is hard for me to describe but maybe you will understand. good luck
