What dash guages are driven through the ecm, if any?

The only one i can think of is the check engine light.

None, Only the Check/Service Engine light is ECM controlled.

On the other hand the ECM gets it's speed input from a 1/2 speedo sensor output on the speedometer control logic. (4000ppm to the speedo = 2000ppm to the ECM from the speedo.)

Depending on year in question some functions that are individiual sensors eventually move to the ECM. Radiator fan control being one that moved to the ECM in 87 on the 4 cyl. In no case did dash instruments change.
