I assume you have an Aftermarket radio?
Would guess you need a noise supressor on your power wire. Think radio shack has several relative cheep ones. Usually a stock radio doesn't have this problem unless your ignition wires are a mess?
Just My Guess

Is the noise a whine (alternator)? or popping (ignition)? I've seen bad alternator diodes cause a whine in radio equipment (while still charging the battery).

A common cause of alternator wine is either a bad diode in the alternator or a poor ground on the head unit or amp.

TRL,
For purchasing information, you should re-post (with a different title) in the Mall. That is where parts are bought and sold.
