16hrs under a fiero she now has PST polygraphite bushings 7/8inch rear sway bar. new springs cut 1 inch AND upper @ lower ball joints all the way aruond. I had a shop do the springs and realine the car. WHAT A CAR!! ITS ROCKET ON ROLLER SKATES
What model is your car, EDDIE ? Also, did you cut 1 turn off all the springs or front springs only or what ? I've been thinking about cutting my frt spr. , seems like the car is a little nose high.
Bushinngs are from PST (1800-247-2288)I think the sway bar is the same one that FOCOA HAS for sale. Any one have a kidney belt for sale I drove into the city (NY) today .NOT FUN ON THE LOWER BACK
I bought my rear swaybar from PST directly, plus the polygraphite bushings. I think the swaybars from JC Whitney are actually Addco swaybars. From what I understand the Addco rear swaybar fits underneath the cradle of the car(not sure about this). The PST rear swaybar fits just like the factory ones do. If you get the PST rear swaybar you will have to also buy two support brackets for the end links. They mount to the rear struts. I bought mine from FOCOA. The price does come out a bit higher, but the PST is 1"(88 only, 7/8" for 84-87) as advertised vs 7/8" for the Addco. I don't know if that little bit will make a difference. I just heard that the Addco one will lessen your ground clearence just a little bit, but still works extremely well, if not better than the PST. The difference is great, it is way harder to make the rear end swing out under heavy acceleration. As for the ride quality, in my opinion stayed the same. Sorry I can't remember the prices, but I think It came to about $200 for everything. Makes me think some times if I should have bought the Addco's.
