MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell sent a truck full of pillows up to Canada in a show of solidarity with anti-vaccination protesters. Canadian officials rejected his crew for being unvaccinated, and they were told to go back to the United States.

Sorry you didn't get the pillows.

I am introducing legislation that would temporarily grant asylum to innocent Canadian protesters who are being persecuted by their own government. We cannot be silent as our neighbors to the north are treated so badly.

That, from the Republican Party congresswoman from New Mexico.

I hope the legislation includes a requirement that any Canadian who seeks asylum in the U.S. under its auspices has to provide proof that they have been vaccinated against Covid.

Why, the US gov under Biden doesn't/didn't care about those that came from our southern border since the numerous vaccines have been available. Is this a race thing?

My thoughts exactly..
There is no vaccination requirement for those illegally entering the US, and border patrol is powerless to return any that are not vaccinated..

I was "gaslighting." Gaslighting this forum topic. Just for "sh*tz." Without expecting a serious response from any other forum members. So I'm surprised by these reactions. But not displeased.

I have mixed feelings about the issue(s) of vaccine mandates and about what's been going on with these "Trucker Convoys".

There is (IMO) valid concern that Omicron is not going to be the end of the Covid saga, and that the next SARS-CoV-2 variant... well, I will just post a new article that is open access. No reader's subscription needed.

"Coronaviruses are ‘clever’: Evolutionary scenarios for the future of SARS-CoV-2"

I do come down on the side that it is misinformation (or disinformation) for people to say that the Covid vaccines and boosters have become ineffective, on a scientific basis, because of Omicron. I don't believe that's been established. I cannot draw a conclusion directly, using my own "eyes and ears", but I think about which people in the public sphere have more credibility.
