"I have lived in interesting times."

Quoted from your posted articles

"He [Trump] later added: "I am asking for everyone at the U.S. Capitol to remain peaceful. No violence! Remember, WE are the Party of Law & Order — respect the Law and our great men and women in Blue. Thank you!""

...

"Jason Bjorklund, who flew to the nation's capital from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, said he did not know what to expect when Congress convened.

"I just felt compelled to be here because it seems like our republic is slipping away from us," Bjorklund said. He added, baselessly, that there were "mountains of evidence of fraud" and detailed conspiracy theories about Dominion voting machines.

When asked to account for the judges who have rejected the Trump legal team's attempts to challenge the election results, Bjorklund said: "I think we've got corruption from the top to the bottom."

This is what I meant when I said in a past thread that it was irresponsible of the courts to not take on the case(s). Faith in the election system stands in the balance. You shouldn't ignore such a problem, to not directly refute claims, ignore a large majority of the citizens concerns. It is irresponsible.

Even on the quote (by NBC?) they add that the persons opinion is "baseless" and labeled his words "conspiracy theories" ..and would not even quote what he says. Why did they even ask him?

It's awful hard to "cancel culture" nearly 50% of the voter base.

Well, courts are required to act (or required not to) based on evidence presented. Unsupported Rhetoric, hyperbole filled twitter posts, blog rants etc usually aren't considered 'evidence' enough to proceed in a court of law.
There is about 1/3 the nation, that regardless of evidence, will never accept any refutation of claims.

As is usually the case, we are being misled. The shooting that has been reported was the capitol police who shot a young female Trump supporter who would not get away from a window.
Also, someone planted pipe bombs at the RNC headquarters. So, the "right" was shot and bombed. So I ask you, who committed the violence?

Does that make the capitol police "leftists" now?

"Based upon evidence presented". I do not know of one claim that was taken up by a court.

Unsupported Rhetoric, hyperbole filled twitter posts, blog rants etc are not considered evidence. True enough. Yet many sworn affidavits, subject to perjury penalties were not heard.

There are 4/10ths of the nation which will never accept any chance to have to refute claims of ...

“Maybe if all these idiots weren’t living off the government and had jobs, they wouldn’t have time to be protesting in the middle of the day. They’d be busy working!”
sourmash JAN 06, 06:35 PM
Fox and NBC call this group rioters, but the BLM and Antifa burning buildings, tearing down statues and beating people were just "mostly peaceful protestors".
