Going back to the tried and true personal attacks? You should expand your repertoire a bit.
Maybe you could make disparaging remarks about a person's parentage? Or maybe their sexual orientation?
I know - go for the race card. That's always a winner. That and making fun of a person's religion. That's usually good for some extra points, too. Don't limit yourself to drive-thru fat jokes and circus slut fat ladies. Expand your mind and try new things.
Or you could keep your old shtick and just say "Your momma."
