It doesn't seem real to me. It looks either staged, or the girl was simply wrong.
For one, the office of the county clerk does not pay people to register voters beyond the people who work in the post office and the county clerk office. The girl didn't really seem sure who she was working for, and said "I guess"... but, it looks too fake to me, honestly. I mean, the sound and video were pretty much perfect. A "hidden" camera would never be that clear unless it was a very expensive piece of equipment.

What makes you think it was a hidden camera? I have a camera on my phone, don't you? I agree that it is far from being conclusive, but worth looking at.
