Put them in a cup of water and run them for about 50 seconds. Gods honest truth whenever you would go to use them they would not spred they would litterley shatter when you would use the applicator tool. After i heated them up in the microwave in a cup of water they worked just fine. These are the plastic rivits were talking about not metal ones.
