Don't get suckered in by them, and if they try to engage you, just refuse to talk to them. I used to get all worked up about political threads and I finally realized I was wasting a lot of time and energy worrying about what a bunch of people with heads as hard as mine but on opposite ends of the spectrum thought. It isn't worth it, so I don't bother any more.
