Dont feel weird man... They are just people man and thats the "real" deal.
If you can "recognize" what they are going through thats 90% of the battle but the thing is just dont show fear. Again... they are just people trying to squeak past on some hand outs.

It's not a glamorous position to begin with and they certainly wont get anything by being nasty to you, they know this too so you can be fairly confident they wont be.

Seriously... just look at them and treat them as you would like to be treated... They are human beings just like you.

Though I will admit, it sounds simpler than it really is especially if you arent used to doing it.

OMG!!

I'm not going through this again... I speak like I do normally but I use the jargon.. Again.. I have not had a problem AT ALL ever... to date.... and I dont need to knock wood either.

So Patrick I can say with utmost confidence you have no freaking clue and thats is not an opinion, thats a fact based on your post.
