Well it started one day while I was leaning on a parts counter.
A fellow I had done business withand kinda a friend sees me and says "hey! Have I got just what you are looking for and just don't know it yet" I asked him what that might be. He begins unfolding this story of an old guy looking to move his wife of to Oregon and he needs to sell his place quik. I told him sorry. Even for cheap just to resell I was kinda low on capital right now. He says come out and look at it any way. Ok I say and he then tells me it is an island with a ship. I was intriged but what got me moving was when he told me of the indoor swimming pool.
After I got look at the place there was no going back. He wanted a lot for the place so I offered him what I could afford and not really cause I didn't even have that much. He stammered a lot and took the deal.
That is the long story short of it.
In the end Todd is making me a bunch of money on it I guess but I would trade the money to do it all over again if I could. Best times of my life and I have done some krazy chit man.

I'm not selling anything. I don't charge you to hook you up with a competent realtor in your area. I DO charge the realtor a nominal finders fee but in the end you end-up with quality representation at no cost to you. Just part of the service.
