Terrorists throw support behind Democratic candidate Barrack Obama (Page 6/11)
TRiAD MAY 15, 02:01 AM
You clearly don't understand.

You're entitled to whatever opinion/position you want.

BUT...

Bash your current leaders and you lose the right to call yourself a patriot.

A patriot supports his leaders, whether he agrees with them or not. When it's time to vote, he votes his conscience. In your case, that means voting for "anyone but McCain"...So be it. No big deal.

But the actions of the liberal/communist/socialist/democratic party over the last decade or so have made this country a laughing stock in the world. A house divided will not stand, and our enemies know it. They are using our own political aspirations against us, by having the liberal media, the democratic party and others spout the same dribble you can hear on Al Jazeera daily. It's a travesty.

When you contribute to that disrespect of our nation, you simply cannot call yourself a patriot.
When you disrespect your leaders, you disrespect our entire nation and make us look rediculous in the eyes of the rest of the world. You make us look rediculous in the eyes of our own citizens. Most damning, you make us look rediculous in the eyes of our enemies.
Our enemies don't fear a rediculous foe.

...And I like your "high and mighty" post here, while you threaten me with physical harm via PM.
Heck, you threatened me in-thread as well...Isn't there something in your user's agreement about that?

What a tool.

TRiAD you don't understand what a patriot is. It is not a brain-dead marching robot that agrees with everything the leader says. A true patriot sees what is wrong with the country and speaks out for change, and works for needed change.

For you to spout off about how people like me should be executed for our beliefs, then to back down when someone calls you out, proves to me that you are an abject coward. Like all typical bullies, you talk tough, but chicken out when someone stands up to you.

Go to hell.

I'm pretty sure the King of England was our leader about 232 years ago and the founding fathers didn't seem to have any problem with bashing him.

True words of reason and wisdom in this time of mindlessness. Thanks. I think we all need to realize what situation our country was in, when it was founded. It puts today's squabbles in a different light.

This will be my last reply to you, since you're obviously not worth wasting good argument on.

I NEVER said you should be executed for your beliefs. If you're not retarded, as you claim, you'll see I said (obviously in jest) that your kind of traitor should be executed or deported - whichever is less expensive for the taxpayers, lol! I DID say you were entitled to your beliefs; just not to the destructive nature in which people with your beliefs have been spreading them of late. State your opinion with your VOTE, and quit making our entire nation look foolish with your constant ignorant dribble.
In November, you will be duly notified that you are in fact part of a VERY loud minority.

I'm not sure you intended to imply what you did, but the founding fathers did NOT consider themselves patriots of England, but of America...(DUH!)

...Do you really suggest that the liberals in this country succeed from the nation?

Maybe that's best, if you and KT both feel the way you do. You're obviously not happy with the US asit is today. Maybe if you quit your childish bitching and succeed you can have all the free gay love and aborted fetuses your heart desires.

Thing of it is, is, a patriot will not support a party just for the sake of the party (insert foam finger here) but make his decisions on what is best for the country.

Hear Hear! Truer words were never spoken.

Finally, we agree.

Personally, I think bringing some respect and responsibility back to politics and to our collective public voice would be best for our country.

Given the actions and attitudes of the democratic party and its followers, I believe that the best thing for our country is to elect someone not attached to (and sullied by) that party.

Really - Hillary people would rather vote McCain than Obama, and Obama's people feel mutually regarding Hillary. Divisiveness at its best. That is NOT how you run a successful country.

Liberals can spout "mindlessness" all they want; they're the ones being woed by the siren song of a LOUD minority via the media.

Ask yourself this; do you really believe Pres. Bush is "an idiot" but that John Kerry is some kind of intellectual? Guess what... http://www.boston.com/news/..._lackluster_student/ They were very similar students at Yale, and Bush actually outscored him, in total.

Now, who's thinking for themselves, and who's a media-led lemming?

Yeah...

I gotta wonder what planet you have been living on for the past 14 years, because it is the reps that have been using ad hominem attacks on dems, ever since Gingrich and crowd took office. I can't exactly blame them - since they know they can't win the debate of ideas, then attack the messenger. And so far, that tactic has been working.

But I have absolutely HAD IT with bullies questioning my patriotism and my loyalty to this country, simply because I disagree on some issues. And I will not back down, NOT EVER, the next time someone tries it on me again. I highly recommend this approach to everyone, regardless of your political leaning, right or left. Don't let ANYONE question your loyalty.
TRiAD MAY 15, 05:13 AM
Try having some loyalty - then no one can question it.

Seriously, who the hell do you think you're loyal to?!

I bet you're one of those jerks who runs around spouting "don't blame me - e's not "my" president - I didn't vote for him" etc. How's that loyal to your country and the system in place for electing our officials?!

I'll tell you how...It's not. It's crybabies crying about losing the last 2 elections and bad-mouthing the country I'M loyal to because they didn't get their way.

No sir, you're not loyal to anything but yourself .
