Talk my boyfriend, Brianred87 into letting me drive his car and I will tell you it is the fastest I have ever driven...oh yeah, tell him to teach me first!!!

And how did you get an Vector info packet? That's awesome. I thought I had remembered the Twin Turbo putting out around 1000hp. That's just crazy.

I may be wrong. But I thought it was Ralph Lauren(spelling?) who owned 2 Mclarens in the USA and not Calcin Clein. And as far as I know, there are 6 Mclarens in the USA. I know that there is a guy in Texas that has one and uses it as a daily driver.

Oh, car that most throughly captured my heart; Ferrari F355 Cabriolet (Ok, Spyder, but Cabriolet sounds more... romantic

My uncle is the Principal engineer for Hummer Special Projects or something like that. He took me in for a tour of the plant in Livonia Michigan.

He gets a new one to test drive and keep every 6 months and get all the bugs out.

HE LET ME DRIVE IT WHEN HE WAS IN TORONTO!!

ON THE STREETS!!

Actually, the Vector W8 Twin Turbo had a Rodek-aluminum-block V8 (based on Chevy's design, but anything but an SBC). The W8 also used a 3 speed auto transmission. They were ALL twin turbo, and had approx 625hp, not 1000.

Now, the WX3 Avtech had a different twin turbo V8 with 1000hp, but was still not available in an naV8 configuration.

My friend has a 70's? Corvette Stingray.... its a drag car, 2x3 chassie, full roll cage, everything is right, 4 link rear with ford 9"..... 454 rat motor, th400 tranny.... its running 8-9seconds in the Q.M. anyways we had a project for physics class - Time vs. acceleration.... anyways while we were in the school parking lot he let me take it for a ride.... oh man, he was sitting on the pasanger side (no seat) he held the trans break for me, let it go - car went up on the bars and just launched it made me my stocmach feel wierd, he said i had it up to around 100 in the parking lot... oh man it was awsome...
