Well, I'm glad you dumbed it down for me. So as Alaskan families grow, does the oil industries obligation to the State of Alaska grow as well? We socialists need to be edumacated.

It is a dividend fund. It is divided between the citizens. More citizens means smaller checks since it needs to be divided amongst every one. That means when its paid out it is not always the same. There are to major factors. Company sales and number of people. By the way felons are exempt. Its much harder to dumb it down enough for you then it is for most other people to understand. You do need education as its evident in your ignorance laden posts you have no idea how it works.

No, I ****in nailed it 100% on the head. You are obviously trying to compensate for something. Get a picture of your ugly mug in front of the exit door to a conveinience store. If it shows that you are any taller then 5'8", I'll know that you are standing on a box. I can spot an insecure short person a mile away. And bitter? That goes without question.
