Yes...That was a bit of a p!ss-take...and not very fair. But then, when is the Media ever fair? Hope it doesnt detract from your efforts to sell it And I am glad to see I´m not alone in hating the Media machine..How did you come to own it, Pokey? You really are a Pandora´s Box, now, ain´t cha?

I’m wondering what you are doing with an idiot realtor like Todd who hasn’t sold it for more than what you are asking for it. And allowing it to be advertised like this.

Just wondering what all those buildings are around the island? Are they by chance a fish canning company?

Why if you have been offered more than the asking piece haven’t you sold it yet? Sounds a little Fishy to me.

Nothing against the owner, I just think he has a real bad realtor.

If I was offered over my asking price for my place I would sell in a heartbeat. But then I don’t have a Realtor like you. Got to increase your profit, right Todd!

Rusty mine sweeper, thats funny. I would think that a steel mine sweeper would probably not have made it back from it first mission.

Todd got it "advertized" on 3 television stations and in the Parade magazine (nation wide). That's FREE advertizing, to those keeping score. BTW, I've known the seller for about 5 years, and is a good friend of mine. He's been trying to sell the island for about 2 years. Todd came along, and now they have more offers than they can handle...

..AND they are all over asking price. Which means that the OWNER will be making more money (profit). Now it's just a matter of sorting the offers to find the highest one that is viable.

BTW, Todd jsut sold my house in the east bay, which is the absoulute WORST market in the bay area right now. And he found me my current house with a 2100sq ft shop on an acre...here in the bay area.

Geez, dude, take a chill pill. And get some facts! And what the hell is your aversion to people making a profit, anyway?

I wish I'd used Todd when I bought my house here in Raleigh - or at least someone he recommended. My realtor was a useless waste of skin. I did all the legwork. I found the house. I made the deal. I handled the inspection walkthroughs.... all of it. All she did was show up to sign the papers to get her commission. I'd like that job.

Amazing, Simply amazing. All that stupidity squeezed into one single human life form.

Unfortunately there are far too many agent like this out there who only see $ signs in their eyes and don't understand that it is our job to help our client meet THEIR goals. For that reason I maintian the highest standards of professionalism, education, and work ethic.

The best compliment I can receive is the referrals of my friends and satisfied clients.

I don't like you at all, and I think you're doing a great job. I hope it goes for a million.

Gee, I guess I must have imagined all those Humvees and Guardsman down there then.

As usual, you have no clue what you're talking about. The governor (a very liberal democrat) was complaining about not having the resources. When asked what she needed that she didn't have, she said "I'm not sure, it just makes sense that since they're over in Iraq they're not here when we need them". Pure political BS. I used to like her. Even voted for her once.

Yeah, and Barak Hussein Obama, the junior Senator from Illinois who is running for President, said that 10,000 people were killed. It was a "mistake", of course.

10,000 people in a county with a population of 3,000.

Oh well.
