Help is nice, Bashing a Fiero vendor is unwelcome!

Just remember that you can't voice your opinion here on PFF or be an individual or you'll be negged. Just do whatever everyone else does, act like you like everyon'e ugly mods and be happy when they chirp second gear. Throw in some "hey I saw a Fiero in a Facts of Life rerun" and every now and then post about how you "saw a Fiero going down I 95 was it you ?" and you'll do fine.

There it is....plain as day Most of my posts have been helping people in the O/T area and some in tech also.

Ahh yes, good old fashioned "guild by association." Me and my big green troll bar post on both forums and have no qualms about doing so. Each forum has its merits and demerits. Shaun is RFTs demerit, the "don't confuse me with the facts they'll hurt my ego" mentality is PFFs, IMO.

I would bet that 90% of your negatives are because 90% of the people still believe you are an RFT troll posing as a newcomer. The longer you hang around, the more apparent it becomes that you are not. But the damage is already done. I had you pegged with a negative as a troll, but later changed it back to neutral. Maybe others will also give you a second chance.

It is probably quotes like the one below that give people that impression of you! In one paragraph you manage to offend most of the people on the forum that are designing and making mods and a valuable vendor and supporter of PFF. You don't have to like Archies kit! If you don't like it then don't buy it, money speaks louder than anything you can type.

But if you post something that sounds like Shaun's regergitated takes then people will associate you with him.

Oh and don't forget to always ALWAYS tell Archie how cool his cars are no matter how slow they are.

Yeah you're right Fierotaz. If I could learn to approach things with a bit more couth I believe I wouldn't come off as harsh. I probably shouldn't have said that "slow" comment. But I doubt people will go back and change thier negs like jscott did.

See ? I'm learning.

I visit both Forums, and I still feel fine. RFT really isn't that bad if you ignore the RFT vs. World crap, which most people even on RFT do.

I don't post there often, most of them know more about their Fieros than I do, especially with the installs they have going. I believe RFT is a great resource for modern engine swaps. You may not find a lot of help with a SBC, but drop in a DOHC V6 or 3800SC and you can get all the help you need.

There is a lot of useful knowledge on that forum.
