We asked them what was missing and they said they were missing the Spam e-mails they had to delete each day. Iron port is a network appliance, we were using a software package that ran on a Microsoft OS and it did ok but wasn’t as flexible as we needed. It was an all or nothing filter and because it had to run other applications at the same time “OS” it would crash. Iron Port came out to our site, installed the appliance and trained us before we even signed a contract with them. We used it for a month but were sold on it the first week.
