I was up at stateline {Lake Tahoe}, the other day and retreived a flag from highway 50.
The flag had been duct taped to the broken dowel rod, the flag was filthy, and in shreds.
The person that originally had it on their car certainly needed some etiquette on handling of the colors.
Oh well,
at least the local scout troop was able to use it for a demonstration on how to dispose of a soiled flag...
