I'd say Dave Gunsel and Kameo Kid have it about as accurate as it is going to get. Looks like others say the same thing.........most shows club promoters etc are not allowed to enter, but in this case there were hired out judges, there should be NO conflict of interest. It should actually encourage officials and promoters to enter to see how thier cars do.

Okay. His is the car I thought it was. I didn't actually see it until I was getting ready to leave. It really does stand out. Pics don't do it justice. And Roy (2nd place) just checked in. He doesn't have any problem.

Well, if the event is being judged by MFF members, then there could be a conflict of interest. But, Archie mentioned independant judges were hired. If that's the case, then there is NO conflict of interest. Sounds like a great way to do it. That should avoid the bulk of potential problems. I have to agree with what Kameo Kid said. In a show of that size, mistakes will happen. It's more important how you deal with the mistakes than trying to prevent anything from going wrong. You plan the best you can, but you have to do damage control when something goes wrong - and something always will. From what I've read, it sounds like a great job was done on this show, with a few problems outstanding.

Opinion asked for: CONFLICT OF INTEREST = NO I'd lay money that the INDEPENDENT judges had NO idea who car belonged to who. Probably did not even know who Bob was or his position. As to what other people thought that were there...? You should have heard the round of applause and appreciation he got when he accepted that well deserved trophy.

I know that Bob had ENOUGH influence on the JUDGE that he kept the judge from doing his job. He would not allow the judge to do his job, Did he...??  Ask Purple Reign... (now.... THAT'S MY OPINION!!!) You know this is TOTAL BULL$HIT! I ask a question that was brought to my attention through an Email and I am the TERRORIST???
