Nothing in Mass. There was talk about putting a drag strip on the Cape (you can bet I was all excited!) at the "old" Air Force base but it never happened. I think the base is still semi-active, so that's probably the reason. Then there was talk about putting one in Orange, MA but again that never materialized. Ugh! SOOOOOOO, you have NE Dragway in NH or Englishtown in NJ. Those are the closest tracks (to me at least). You can always buy a G-Force unit and play around with that. You'll get some close times, etc.

Oh, I spoke with Chester tonight when I picked him up from the airport. I asked him about this:

Well, then you either didn't actually talk to him about it or he is suffereing from serious jet lag. I guess he is forgetting about the little trip we took a few years ago up to OOB show, where my son and I in my Fiero5 (4 cyl) met up with him and Elvira at their old place in Newmarket NH, and then we followed him up the Maine turnpike in his rat to the show. As we were running late, we were zipping right along more than a "bit" over the speed limit
As Chester stated later: "Steve stuck to my bumper like a fly on $hit" and as both of our Fieros speedo's only went to 120mph, a relative of Chesters (don't recall now who it was) trying to follow us in a different rig said we were clocked at well over 120 mph during the time they could keep up.
It was in one of those old archived 4 cyl bashing threads I think, so anyone with good PFF search skills should be able to find Chesters exact quote.

I don't continually insult people. I call things as I see them. I got sick of you beating the dead horse about how fantastic your sons car is. If anyone talked about their car as much as you do, I'd begin to get annoyed. If it was your son that registered and he was saying,"hey, look what me and Dad did last night", no one on this board would say anything. Tell us about your Indy. Oh, and the reason that I have so many positives is because when I bring things up on the board, I do it in a funny way, not insulting. My sense of humour is very tongue in cheek.
