I would have done the same thing in that situation, the problem was obviously the installer, who should have fixed his own mistake. ------------------

now there's an angle i never thought about.
i had UPS deliver a few shipments over the years.
what do i get to call him?
maybe i should get a special phone number i can call at 1am saturday morning when i've had too many beers.
