Plus we still haven't fully paid him back for what he did to that ball joint on the caravan up to Frazee that split up the group and caused several of us to miss the Police escort and welcoming committee into town.

Libel, from my understanding anyway, only applies to published works as in books, magazine articles, etc. I might not be pursuing that, though, since my warning appears to have been heard. Maybe Tom is more rational than I thought. He has all the parts he paid for and then some, and if he hasn't received something like the ECM it is on its way. His CAI and some misc bolts/etc for the valve covers is on its way to him. If nobody else gets any more crappy messages from him and I don't receive any more calls from the Michigan Police telling me he's been whining to them about me "harassing" him, this will be done with. I wish him good luck getting the engine installed and hopefully one day far, far into the future after an enormous amount of growing up, he'll be another guy on this forum giving advice to people in the situation he's in now.

Or maybe he'll sell the Fiero and buy a 300ZX. Who knows.

Still, he played no part in this train wreck. This guy was doomed from the get go. David had both Bobby and I there for the phone convo and it sucks that he won't take any blame for being ignorant. Ignorant meaning that he doesn't know about what the purchase of a long block means. Ignorant simply means without knowledge. I'm sure many would have offered advice to him. Instead, he had to be ridiculous about everything. I hope he finds peace in knowing that he doesn't know anything.

On another note, Dammit PK for the ball joint!
We missed the caravan you punk! Jk. And, the smores were freakin horrible thanks to you!

Well, you guys saw all of the mosquitoes (state bird of MN) at the Shipman's house. Yep, that was PK too. He's been raising them and set them loose a week before we arrived in Frazee.
