I hate to say anything to his benefit, but his old engine was a duke from my understanding. It looks like th engine I sold him, just with a lot of additional dirt.

Anyone can find his public info on the internet which is what I posted (FB page) As for the members calling him and harassing him, thats an other issue. He sent US PM's to our FB accounts, and if people think i'm being immature in showing them so be it, as far as i'm concerned he isnt part of my "Friend network" so I consider them Public Messages.

I am getting the feeling that sometime during shipment, this motor might have got dropped upside down onto the ground.
How was the motor shipped? Was it crated? Where did it get shipped to? Tommy or the muffler shop?
It is possible that the muffler shop picked it up with a fork lift and it fell off the lift and landed upside down in the yard? Now the muffler shop is trying to cover their butt by saying it came that way?
Mad is saying it was not shipped with all that dirt and Tommy is saying it came that way. Somethings fishy and I think the muffler shop has something to do with it.

Actually, that is exactly what the valve covers and intake looked like when it left my garage. BUT, you didn't sell him an intake and valve covers, he bought a long block. Although dirty, those parts were free and he has no room to ***** . They were basically there to keep junk from falling down into the brand new motor. Dirty valve covers don't drop dirt into an engine, they keep leaves, and other road debris out during shipping. Same theory with the intake, dirty or not. Does he still not understand that the parts he's complaining about were free??? He got exactly what he paid for, INCLUDING THE COMPUTER. I personally paid for the computer to be shipped to the "Muffler Man" shop and have the paypal receipt to prove it. David, you can add the paypal receipt into your records for the suit. He recieved it I guaruntee it, he's just playing games now.....

If you are going to persist in using the term *slander*, I feel obligated to inform you that a "slander" is generally uttered verbally, whereas a *libel* is published.
Additionally, I did not seek out contact with young Tommy and was mildly surprised that he took the minimal effort to locate me on Face Book and send me his messages.
That he did so, caused me to suspect that he likely did the same with others. That suspicion was confirmed.
I have no compunction or obligation to keep any messages sent to me, or by me, "private" other than express legal obligations to which I may agree.
Face Book requires no such obligation on my part.
The level of my maturity or intellect as measured by others is not of particular concern to me at this wizened point in my life, and in point of fact I quite relish the thought that I might actually occasionally behave in a youthful manner. It brings a measure of joy to my otherwise aging soul.
I have absolutely no fear or concern of anything young Tommy might believe he can do to me.
I should be so lucky as to have a 20 year old foul mouth kid with a telephone and an internet connection as my chief concern in life.
Having children of my own older than Tommy Boy, and having the wisdom of that experience, I find his antics as predictable as the inevitable outcome of them.

I'm really rather upset that you brought pk into this. He was a member of the build team for the Tyler Project. I mean he has some grammatical errors, but is always there to help.

I totally agree. Which is why I don't understand why he started it to begin with. David and Bobby both are respected forum members. He underestimated the intellect of all the forum members by making false claims. We all (or those who know anything about motors) know what was expected. What a tool to set there and claim any different.
