It looks like Tom was actually so stupid as to install dirt in the engine to make is BS more believable. Also, I am suing Tom for slander. I'm tired of this crap. After he called me a con man and everything, I just don't se how anyone on here will ever buy parts from me again. My reputation is completely ruined and the 300-500$ a month in parts I sell on here won't be coming in any more because you all know I'm a scammer... Does anyone on here know enough about slander law to give me some advice? This is something I plan on actively pursuing if I hear of one more message being sent to anyone on this forum, including myself or others. I am posting this as of 7PM ET on August 1, 2010. Like I said, one more message and I'm going to be just as nasty to Tom as he's been to me, but I'll have the law on my side whereas he does not. In regards to his cold air intake, it is still sitting in a box ready to be shipped. I am not sure if I will be sending him the rest of the stuff in the box or just the CAI as the contract read. Judging by his recent behavior, I still have no motivation to send him extra parts. This is my battle, not everyone else's. Although I ENORMOUSLY appreciate you all coming to my defense and going above and beyond that even, it's probably not a good idea to post private messages in this thread. That's why I went back and edited out the text message conversation as much as I didn't want to and hilarious as it was. Tom has been ridiculed enough to last him a few years. Leave the rest to me. If you get any messages saying defamatory things about me please PM them to me as it will help in the slander case. I have already spoken with our family lawyer and he thinks the case is pretty cut and dry...Tom called me a con man and several other things, and falsely claimed that I lied to him/scammed him in a very public manner. That is defamation be definition. I've got plenty of ammo already. Please dit out your private conversations with Tom and feel free to PM them to me if you want them to go to good use.
