Whats with all the douchebaggery going on?

I never said HE HAD to give the buck did I?

I said being a tad less arrogant would have gone over much much better. You treat people like they are pieces of sh!t and you can best believe it wont go over very well...

I mean hello.. clue phone?

Did I or did I not say a simple no SHOULD SUFFICE?

All you needed to do was just reiterate.. Stop.. look them in the face and just say, "No, I don't have it"

You don't need to say sorry, you dont need to go on a long song and dance.

A simple smile and a " hey, I dont have it" would have in all likely hood avoided this whole nasty situation.

It's that simple dude...

i was looking them in the face the first time i said NO
and i shouldn't have to tell them i dont have it.

i could have 100, 1 dollar bills in my pocket, on my way to a strip club.

Right.. and obviously they didn't hear you clearly.. evidently their brains froze from the lack of crack stimulation.. I dont know but the fact is you were queried a second time and the second time was the one that counted.

they (she) already knew i said NO by her comment to me as i was exiting the store.
"Yo. You cant make a donation?"

she knew i said no the first time and wanted to intimate me or make me feel guilt.

Of course he does. Charity is how he lives.

You did nothing wrong. Telling them no once should have been enough, and the woman starts off with "Yo. You cant make a donation?" she wasn't exactly being polite, either.
When they made their threat ... and that's exactly what it was ... I believe I would have escalated the situation. That was uncalled for.

And people shouldn't beg... but they do..

So just show some grace and respect for the scum of the earth next time.

In any case you put this up for discussion and I offered up my opinion.. you dont have to agree... You can treat people any damn way you want... I really dont care.

Myself, I do things WAY differently.
