I think that spam with the herbal and otherwise Viagra is supposed to help a weak dong. Not sure, have to check with Frontal Lobe.

Whatever floats your boat, I guess.
Be careful. Neptoon might be tempted to do a 'coming out' thread on your behalf.

By that standard, as soon as the spammer begins using other peoples equipment, bandwidth, email accounts, etc etc, he's infringing upon their rights, and therefore his right to spam ends, correct? |

Oh my ghod!
Are you serrious?
You actually beleive it is a right to receive email?
That your rights to NOT recieve certin types of email are being violated by some dweeb on a computer and somehow you are grievously injured becasue you need to hit the DELETE button?
Jesus man.. Thats just freakin scarry..
But olidoki, I'll play
I feel it is a right to not be bothered by popup adds on web sites. I feel my rights are being violated becasue I need to close a dozen windows...
AND
Those annoying adds on those web sites are a real injury too.. The violate my rights to not be distracted by liberal slatherings of malicious advertizements. which constant change.
I cant open up a single web page without seeing some sales pitch.. I feel it is a violation of my rights to cruise the internet and cant see the scenery along the way becasue of all the eyesores...

So spam is a big issue at the company that I work for. |
|
Your company uses EMAIL for bank transactions??
Wow man.. I think you have bigger problems than spam. Your company MAY be better off actually hiring another guy to monitor the mail server .. what!?!?!? Offer someone a job!!?!?!? Dear hevens.. the poor CEO might not get that big bonus!

The regular popups aren't nearly as annoying as the popups that load spyware on your PC. Guessing you're okay with that, too?
Personally, I think that people who perpetrate kwrap like that ought to be relieved of their kneecaps.

Good lord, do you even read anymore? I didn't say it was a right to receive email. I said that coopting other peoples equipment, bandwidth, accounts, other personal property, etc. is a violation of other peoples rights. Want to send spam from your own account? Great! Go for it! Want to hack into someone elses server/account/etc to do it? Now you're infringing. You lose.

I keep hitting delete but your still here.
Spam cost everyone. We use e-mail at work in house to help with patients records, its used as part of our EMR system. When e-mail goes down or is slow it disrupts the visit. It cost the clinic money because we have to pay for a service to filter the e-mails for us. Guess who has to pay for that? Everyone that walks in the door, rates go up because the cost of doing business goes up. Same thing with spy-ware, when the computers are slow it cost the clinic money. Trust me its not going to come out of the doctors pockets. I'm glad they busted him and hope that the trend continues, I pay for Internet so its my right to use it as long as I don't violate my TOS. Pretty sure his activity's would be a violation for any of our TOS we agree to when we pay for Internet.
Internet access and e-mail are not a right, we pay for them and should expect a level of quality. This should include virus free surfing and spam free mail boxes. Now yall shut up I have to get back to the African prince that needs my help, if only my PC was faster and all of these popups would go away.

Have you heared of HIPPA?
You arent allowed to have patient record information anywhere near the internet. It has to be on a separate network that is fully secured.
