BTW ~ If you are so intent on filing charges, Especially against a "fugitive and embezzler", Why has he not been arrested? You obviously have a phone number and most likely an address or the Police could trace it. If criminal charges are filed, they just contact the local Police near Terry and serve the warrant. He's not "on the run"
so finding him isn't a problem.
Bringing this up on the forum again in this manner, is just going to harm your business. I see nothing positive about the entire thing.

Why do you insist on airing all your dirty laundry in public? Since '99 you have come on here every few months with one drama or another. I'll have to admit it's pretty entertaining, but it certainly doesn't project a very professional image.

You've posted some interesting products on here in the last couple of months. I have a Formula and I found the adapter brackets for the brake upgrade very interesting. But the only thing I know about you is what I've seen of you on this forum the last three years. Based on what I've seen I would take my jig saw and cut adapters from plywood before I would buy them from you.
