Jeff, I don't begrudge you (or ray, even), to voice their opinions. I get tired of ray's ranting (when it is undertandable) and attacking of the principles that founded his country. Apparently, his ancestors only passed on their semen, not their teachings....

Oh, really? I've never had a problem getting into an airplane. Most conservative have been known to get from place to place that way. Eventually, though, we'll fly without them.... The Christians (whom you equate with conservatives) who founded this country created the three branches of Government based on a Bible verse. My wife has no need for cigarettes, drinks rarely, and is every bit my equal (in some ways, superior.). Lastly, the Abolutionist movement spread like wildfire from the pulpits (that's churches, ray) of the North. The Christians were ready to go to war for the rights of human beings.

I guess that progress equates to sitting in a drug induced stupor scanning the 'net for images of six year olds having sex. Also for taking 80%+ of the money I make (It's only about 53% right now) and giving it to someone who doesn't deserve it (Excludes Armed Forces and a few other real needs).

One argument may be that if we ignore him, he will stop posting diatribes as he has. Unfortunately, history has not borne that out. He's pretty Facist about letting others know his disdain while attempting to ridicule those who do not agree. I assume that once I get sick of him, someone else will pick up the mantle.

Thank GOD I have a loving wife, 2 cars that get us to work, a paycheck to pay for the house, and our health. (albeit, the wife is sick, but she'll live. ::grin:

I've been without all that (I am only 22 tho) and I MUCH appreciate all of that over not having any of it.

otherwise God would literally go the way of Santa Claus and the easter bunny - adults know there is no Santa living at the north pole - but enough adults in the world have taken a personal stake in understanding whether or not god exists, and come to the conclusion the answer is yes.
