Fiero5: much as I HATE to say this, I think you own this thread. Such is life.

One could assume you were referring to myself, perhaps Savagery by all that rubbish-ful, "Tisk tisk, my crap doesn't stink" attitude you wish to spew at anyone that doesn't happen to like the car, and happens to know the reasons why. All I wanted to know is why not give it it's own build/photo thread, that way those that wish to uhh... See the car, can go there and See it, the latest postings, you know. That way one wouldn't have to go looking through 15 different threads to find the shot they wanted, or that someone say, who wanted a look at notchback spoiler or paint ideas could get a Link... yeah, a link, that -is- a wonderful idea.

The Simple Fact that you ignored my question, and insulted Me, the person who showed his opinion, is honestly reason enough of why you're at least 50/50 red/green, if not a little worse on red Steve.

This is in the trash can, and that is exactly where that car belongs in my opinion. Get a Civic if you want to do those kind of riced out mods. You have insulted the car we all love. Give me the red, that’s all you seem to care about is that damn rating bar, giving someone the red after voicing an opinion after you subjected them to that Uncle Ben's classic (your car I mean) is the only idiotic or negative thing going on here (with the exception of what happened earlier in this post which by the way is uncalled for and should not be tolerated), but all and all your car is not appealing to me, but if that is what your son wants, then I guess that’s what he wants. I guess I will never understand the youth of today, but at least your getting him started in the hobby. The good and the bad, but its all honest, so give me the red, I wanted a rating bar anyways.

We all have opinions I guess, I hate ricer mods, I hate civics and hate the whole idea of useless mods, but I guess if that car brings joy to someone (either you or your son) then I guess it serves the same purpose as mine. I am sure to a young kid that car would be the coolest thing around, since the younger crowd seems to thrive off the APC nation.

You are exactly correct on all counts. He showed interest in the Fiero (it was already painted this color) and it ended up going in this direction. I picked up the Fiero for him to do whatever he wanted. The point wasn't to teach him any one specific persons opinion on what a modded Fiero should look like, it was to get him more interested in cars and in doing something different with me his Dad and his grandfather. In the end, we all had a lot of fun, he learned a lot (heck, we all learned a lot) and he and his grandfather and I spent (and still spend) many hours together because of it. It may not be everyone tastes, but that wasn't the point anyway. We all had fun and there is certainly nothing wrong with that

The car is very popular and though a few on here may want to beleive it is a negative popularity or think otherwise it does very well in all car classes, be it a Fiero class, a custom compact class, special interest or what have you. Many times we even get requests when we say we are going to a certain show to please bring Jordans Fiero. My son is a very special kid (who's child isn't?) and he now has a very special car that is unique and a bit different just like him.
And yes, with car like this I have learned over time that you have to have a sense of humour
