This won't end well...just a tip...I'm assuming there is some kind of record of the transaction...it's sounding like you Tom had no idea what you were buying and either failed to to do any research, ask questions or even think about the item and just bought on assumptions. He told me the guy who sold it lived onut of state and he couldnt get a hold of him and didnt know him and didnt have his phone number ect ect. So yes.
