Tom you sound like a young man. You need to curtail your anger, temper and how you are communicating. If you want to "get ahead in life" and enjoy it you need to settle down. Stop drinking Mt Dew. It is not good for you. I know I use to drink almost a 2 liter per day of that stuff. I am now drinking pure Michigan spring water. Anger gets you now where. Calmness and reason will get you farther ahead in life. When I have a customer who has or think he has a problem with the vehicle I sold, and the customer flies off like you did, he gets no assistance from me. On the other hand if the customer is calm and being civil in the same situation I will do almost anything I can to help. I will make phone calls to contacts to all the people I know a GM to get assistance.

I.E., I sold a Medium Duty C5500 4X4 to a customer, we ordered it special for him and when the vehicle came in it was certified at the wrong GVWR. Do you know how hard it is for GM to re-certify a vehicle once they build it and certify it with the Federal Government? Well because Ron was a gentleman and he was understanding about it I went to work and found the people who were able to correct the situation. Granted it took time and some very convincing letters but the net result was the customer received what he originally ordered and payed for. Now if Ron came in "like a bull in a china shop" cussing, swearing and such, he would never have gotten the truck re certified. And without the recertification if he was pulled over by DOT and they checked the GVWR, he would be paying some very expensive fines and have the truck impounded until he was able to get another truck to haul his trailer.

Do you understand what I am trying to convey to you? If not then you will be disappointed for the rest of your life?

Whats with this banning junk? Who makes the decision? I dont understand this system. I am not taking sides but it seems like there isnt proper procedure followed. Doesnt one have an opportunity to represent and defend oneself? It almost sounds like the way things are being handled with the current administration in the white house.
