I've been contacted by Slammed about this and he told me it wasn't him that posted all this. He suspected is was Shaun Hammit (our big forum friend Shaun41778, a.k.a. stevegibbs, a.k.a. 90% of the other usernames banned from this forum).

I checked the IP address of the posts and its indeed an ip-address used by Shaun Hammit.

Also, Slammed directed me to this thread on the supraforums:

Also, the picture (in this thread here on PFF) in question was linked from Shaun's image server.

I'm not saying I believe Slammed for the full 100%, but I told him that if this was true he should take all steps necessary to find out if Shaun's really behind this. Why? Simply put, because this could get him in jail. A picture like this is considered child-pron (sic - don't want PFF to get blocked by filtering software).

Again Slammed, if you read this and you are telling the truth, don't take this lightly. Take whatever steps necessary. I am dead serious here. This guy has been a nuisance for long enough (don't get *me* started about him) but now he has crossed a line.

Well, here is my current take on this so far.
My opinion may change but at the moment I seriously can't see that happeneing but we shall see.
First of all, I don't find it a stretch that someone who apparently did what was done here would then claim soon after that they did not. Especially after being severely punished by being immediatly banned.
Now, as for the claims that he didn't actually post that, I am sorry but I find that hard to believe as well.
Here are a few reasons why I think that:
First, he has been dogging me with insults and flames all over this forum for quite some time now as many have had to wade thru. Or was it really Shaun all those times and he never once noticed? Puhleese!
If someone was posting under my id and password, I would certainly know about it pretty darn quick as I am sure any of us regulars would. As with many members including the one now in question here, I am on here quite a bit everyday and so I would easily notice something like that pretty fast. Especially if it was in such a bad manner as his at me and my son and his unique car have been.
As I know that posting on Pennocks thru out the day is the case for him as well, I find it very very difficult to believe that he has just now amazingly (after getting banned no less) discovered that "someone" else has been posting under his name all this time. Who knows how long this has been going on. Since we know that these constant attacks have been going on for quite awhile now, I would then assume that he must have contacted Cliff about it when he first noticed this awhile back? I would also assume that upon the first discovery of this he would have changed his password to avoid it from happening again and immediatly search out to find who got his password and was posting as him as any of us would do, right?
Since from at least my point of view it is quite apparent and quite obvious that he did none of these things (or knew about it and simply continued to let it happen), I have to weigh on the side of calling BS on his "It wasn't me" statement. As he would be considered a long time member, having joined back in Nov 2000, I see it as his getting his hand caught in the biggest of all cookie jars and is now simply realizing that he did cross a HUGE line and is simply trying to save face to get back on Pennocks by what he is now saying, and working a few coindental situations.
What do I mean by coincidental? Since he is obviously a very good friend to Shuan, per a few posts by him including this one: http://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum1/HTML/040127.html , it is quite possible that they are together at times which is why he can now try and use the ip fact to try and devert Cliff's attention away from him and get it focused elswhere. Why not, as Shaun is already banned it waon't in their minds get Shaun in any more trouble and banned again. Know what I mean?
But lets say for argumants sake that Shaun did do it. I say he is still guilty by association.

What was done here falls under "Internet Predators" and "Violation of distributing child porn". Even though it was a mock up image it is still considered that.
To say nothing of how my family and I felt seeing my son in that discusting image.

I'm not 100% convinced yet this wasn't Slammed either, but we'll find out soon enough. This is a matter not to be taken lightly and I will do everything in my power to find out who really posted this.

Well, according to Slammed who has been e-mailing me off and on this morning attempting to convince me it just couldn't have been him, he says that he does not live anywhere near where Shaun does so the ip argument is valid. That may well be the case and may help him clear his name if what he says is true. It still doesn't rule out phone or e-mail conversations where they as buds thought this would be a funny thing to do though.
At this point it probably doesn't matter who says what to who now as the feds will be all over this soon, and since it was all posted under Slamms PFF id, they will obviously start most of their investigation with him first. That should be a fun knock on the door to answer.

Granted, he has always made attacks, "uncalled" for posts and such in the past. They've never been near as bad as of late (as in the last couple days). It isn't just you, Fiero5 who he has been a complete ass to the last couple days, so I think his story might be legit. Yesterday, I actually thought that may be the exact case.

If anything, it'll be interesting to see how things play out.

Well, if what he says is true, then he certainly deserves a huge opology from his good ole freind Shaun who has since, according to Slammed himself, changed his ways.
BTW: I just got an e-mail response from Mr. McCreery a few minutes ago whichb was very short and to the point response to my e-mail back to him. He said and I am paraphrasing here "I am not going to read this crap blah blah blah you are now blocked".
Hmmm, That attitude seems awefull familiar. So for someone who wants us all to believe it wasn't him with that bad attitude all of those times, he has a funny way of trying to do it with an attitude like that

This is really interresting. He may have a history of pissing people off, but that picture is on an entirely new level of "bad". It doesn't seem like something he would do. Now stevegibbs on the other hand....I could believe he did it.

I guess anything is possible, but from what I've seen as far as his actions on this forum, I say it wasn't posted by him.
