It hasn't happened yet. Steve/Smoooooth stated publicly in this thread that everything would be shipped this past weekend (December 13/14), so we will soon know. I will be sure to post when/if I receive my parts. [This message has been edited by Marvin McInnis (edited 12-16-2003).]

My first sentence was simply questioning the time frame between receiving the money and when he was in jail and for how long. If there was a time line, we would have a better understanding of events.
If you reread what I wrote, nothing I said praised either action, only the posting of the facts took guts.This topic is in the trash can and should stay here, not stupid one liners throughout the forum.

No offense intended ... I wasn't being critical. I was just providing one person's answer to the question you posed. I haven't received a PM from Steve/Smoooooth since he returned to PFF. We will soon know if Steve/Smoooooth has made good on his most recent promises. I hope so, for myself, for Steve/Smoooooth, and for all of us on PFF. To further answer your question, Steve/Smoooooth acknowledges that he has had my money since September 26. What has happened in the meantime is really none of my (our) business. I have a general idea of when things took place, and this is the reason people are upset. I think most here didn't read the whole thread before or even this one. The fact is Smooth spent money that was sent to him for parts and shipping without ever shipping any parts. He was NOT in jail when this happened. In September he accepted money for parts. September--- no parts were shipped
October--- No parts were shipped
November--- No parts were shipped and Steve went to jail around mid November
December--- Steve gets out of jail No parts recieved to date. So to put things in perspective, Smooth (steve) took money for parts 3-4 months ago and nobody recieved any parts. Smooth was in jail for at least a period of two weeks during that time or he just wasn't posting. That means his jail time has no bearing whatsoever on this problem. But of course everybody skips right past that part and congratulates him on his attempted murder, and how brave he is for coming back to PFF.

I didnt read the whole thread, I just read your first post and glimpsed at a few other responses, so I saw enough. Welcome back Steve, We all are human (most of us anyways, HI 80's BOY  ) and we all can make or have made mistakes. I hope everything works out for you and your family.

All I have to say is if you broke a little kids arm and I seen you there wouldn't even be fish food left. Those of you who blasted him after doing what our justice system wont are dead wrong.
I'm sorry but a few of you need to think about if it happened to your family. If you think hes not a hero for taking this matter into his own hands then God Forgive you.
He made a mistake taking the money and not shipping but I think this one time it is excusable. Shame is those who had nothing being shipped from him are the Nipple Noses stating trash talk and should be banned. Rick B

He shouldn't be hailed as a hero for what he did. He should be in jail, where he was. HE broke the law, He WILL pay for it. He broke the law when he spent money that was paid to him for shipping items. And for those of you its none of our business, only those who bought items from him. He sold them through Pennock's, therefore its the business of every single member of this forum. I myself don't care if he didn't ship items, or if he attempted to murder someone. It just gets old people praising the man for doing stuff like this. You'd be suprised who doesn't like him, If they'd speak up. But they wont becuz they are afraid of getting rated badly for speaking their mind.
