This kind of manipulation of the truth is nothing new, and certainly not an exclusive product of the Fiero forum. I can appreciate your tenure of 6 months might make you a bit jaded and worldly, but I can tell you that I have seen more inflated claims and outright bullsh!t on this forum, and I've seen the fallout that occurs when people swallow the hook, line, and sinker.
Trust me, you need the cynics on this forum to rip away the nonsense and dispel the myths.

I am completely flabbergasted at the smooth one's steadfast defense of this sham. Especially considering how he crucified the West Coast people for unknowingly passing on some bad information. Now he is guilty of participating in this hoax. Shame on you Smooth.

As far as Hugh needing videotape evidence and a notarized affidavit from witnesses when he gets his stuff going, I say "Huh?".
Hugh has been around long enough and has the respect that I afford to very few on this forum. If he says he's got it, I wouldn't even insult him by asking for proof. But that kind of respect must be earned, and that takes a damn sight longer then 6 months.

Why do you think that because it's on the internet that it's OK to lie, inflame, and insult other people? You may think of them as nameless, faceless toads behind the screens but they're not. They're living, breathing, and (in most cases) thinking people with feelings that can be hurt.

At this point any slip related to GT-X is going to be irrelevant, even if he does do a 10 second run. The conspiracy theories and secret evidence play even worse to this crowd than the fake slip.
