Well just so happen I just installed a set of PR auto mounts and got in a set of proto-type mounts from FieroX.
PR Mounts: The holes on the engine mount to poly mount where off a hair---Fixed with a rat tail file and a few minutes so nothing major. The holes in the front trunkside Trans mounts where also off by a bit and required more work to fit--Overdrilled all 3 holes to get the mount to fit properly.
These where the only 2 issues I had with them so far. This is frustrating though being the holes should be in the same spot on these mounts and not vary. The jig that the machine shop is working off must be off a hair. This is the same issue I ran into on the last set I ran.
FieroX Proto-type mounts: Have not mounted them yet Holes are not completly round as if they where cut with cutting tool- Found 2 pin holes in welds but nothing major
I sent FieroX the same reply as above and he got back with me about the issues and will be looking in to them. These ar proto-type mounts though and not production mounts yet so they are getting the bugs worked out. For the price they are and the quality of them, they are a good deal. Once I put them on a swap, I will get back with the fitment of them.

Just to clarify something here: Mig welds are not done with a rod!! They are done by a steel wire passing through a gun, which also carries the inert gas through it to shield the weld pool to prevent oxidisation. The steel wire rolls off a drum, through a pinch-roller system, and the gas runs through another tube in the the carrier. For mild steel welding, it is possible to use just CO2 gas, but a cleaner, neater weld is achieved using a gas mix of argon and CO2. FieroX, I sincerely wish you success with your venture, and that the welds are as good as you say. I would not advise you to guarantee them yourself, but get a written guarantee from the place that welds/fabricates them. Just out of curiosity, how much do you sell them each for, per unit? Nick

Good to see that some have there ways to talk to others and have Threads locked when they are not going there way but I didn't expect any more out of those certain people.

Yeah, mig welds arent done with a "rod" but its just like a rod, just comes out the end of the mig gun. Someone asked what rod, they probably meant "what filler metal" was being used.
I will guarantee them myself, because the machine shop is guaranteeing them to me. I dont ever forsee a problem with them, they are super strong.
Each set sells for $325 painted and assembled. I was going to offer a bare version, but the machine shop is painting them for me for free. I also have an option to powdercoat them your color of choice for $375.

when i asked rod i assumed it was welded with a arc not a mig now migs are higher quailty and those sould hold if you use more then one mount to mount the thing IE if 2 or three are used and a dog bone u will be fine
