It's really sad when a man does this. Fiero5, Minn didn't prove your point, he proved you wrong. Why act like a kid and TWIST things?

Well, someone said above that they would rather have people be honest instead of kissing their butt and laughing behind their back. I agree with this totally Steve, and I think that is one you can teach your kid to take to the bank from this day forward. I think it's great you are living your life through your child using his ideas. But the fact about censorship is that Jordan is in for a dose of tear-jerking reality the first time he rolls this thing into his high school parking lot. What do you think people will be driving 6 or 8 years from now ? What I think will probably happen in real life when he starts driving it is someone will more than likely A) vandalize the car or B) steal it and strip it. It's just a Fiero for God's sakes leave it alone. PLEASE STEP AWAY FROM THE J.C. WHITNEY CATALOG !! PLUS it is going to be very hard to keep tabs on a daily driver calling that much attention to itself without asking for trouble. It is your job to prepare your child for the REAL WORLD instead of making him think everyone on earth loves his car because we all know it goes both ways. That's about the most politically correct reply I could squeeze out without going off on this car and its owner and his son.

Dam guys, it's just a car! I mean, I know these cars are our hobbies, our work for some, and inspiration for others, but when did a discussion over personal taste in modifying a car turn into people telling someone how they should raise thier son?? I have a 2 year old, and he loves my fiero. He loves the fast and the furious movies and 90% of his 230 1/64th scale cars are of the tuner variety. Building a car with your son is a great way to bond with them, and for them to learn valuable lessons about life. I think that telling your son to not have what he wants because people are not going to like or understand it (Adam Sandler reference-THEY"RE ALL GONNA LAUGH AT YOU!) is a pretty $#!tty way to bring up a child. So, basically, prepare your child to be scared and to go along with popular opinion, because it's easier than living your own life and being an individual. For gods sake people, we drive fieros, who among us can cast stones at someone for wanting to be different?? And as for thinking that he is going to be stuck with something that is out of style to some of us now, being obscenely out of style in six years when he gets to drive it on his own, If they have accomplished all of this when he is ten, then what makes you think that his taste is always going to stay the same?? Most likely his taste will change some as he gets closer to high school, and if he does, he should be able to modify his car to suit his tastes, and it'll be easier the second time around due to the skills he learnt from his father by doing it now. So I wouldn't worry about him getting "laughed out of the parking lot" because chances are he'll have it exactly the way he wants it by then, and it won't matter what other people think. Unless he lets everyone get to him when he's young. I say paint the thing glow in the dark green, borrow a wing from a cessna and duct-tape it to the decklid. Do whatever you want, the only person you have to please is yourself. And maybe dad, if he's paying, LOL

There is alot of us who are trying to promote this Forum and threads like this just trash it up. Enough already, everyone. Steve, just let it go and get back on subject. Everyone else, you don't have to read this tread if you don't want to and you certainly don't have to post on it.

There it is.....our crap attitudes. Then you push it farther and we no longer have nighttime pics. You know, Steve, I said that I didn't think the car could get ricier, if I remember the post correctly, and that a lot of people don't respect the ricer mentality. I give an opinion, and I'm offering a crap attitude? I'm sorry you aren't man enough to handle that. I wish I could give you a few dozen negatives for your attitude. You are going to push and push as long as you can. I don't like the car, but so what? It's not my taste, but when you push that thing in front of us so much it really gets to be too much. It was nice to not have that car show up while you were visiting the 'other' Fiero website......maybe you should go back? I"m sure they loved it....... Stop justifying your posts. I for one am sick of hearing it. I'm also starting to really feel sorry for Jordan. As mentioned earlier, he's going to get laughed out of the parking lot when he starts driving.
