I talked to Cliff late last month. He's doing ok, but like many of us, is getting up there in age and has various health issues.
I'll give him a call in a bit.

Just got up out of bed myself. Been sleeping a lot recovering from back surgery, having a different spinal pulse generator installed in my lower back April 30. I had forgotten how tough the recovery from the surgery can be. This one differs from the one on my right side, as it targets the Dorsal Root Ganglia to relieve me of pain in both hips and left leg. (My spine is in such oor shape there is no actual other kind spinal surgery (rods, fusing etc) that would work. I outlasted my warranty about 1 1/2 decades ago it seems.)

Ok, woke up enough to make a cup of coffee and find my phone...

I get no answer at CliffW's phone. I did leave a voice message and a text. Jane is in town right now, but when she returns, I'm thinking she has the phone # for Cliff's wife Cindy. I may have it on an old phone but will have to charge it first...

Thanks for caring.

I am as well as can be expected for my age (66 years young). And as well as should be expected considering what I put my body through. Actually, better than I should be expected to.

The body and the mind are miraculous things. I do have health issues. Osteopetrosis (bone disease), fractured spine, suffered four different distinctive lung infections, loss of about 40 pounds due to not working the oil patch (muscle mass).
We have great health care.

Finances are good, no debt, just regular bills. We do not live paycheck to paycheck. No mortgage, no rent. Nice home (modest), great neighborhood, great neighbors.

My marriage is in great shape. I think Cindi is going to keep me alive as long as she is, so she can torment me with love. She is my Chief Medical Officer. My Chief Financial Officer. I suppose my Chief Probation Officer, 24 years long so far.

Again, thanks for caring. Sometimes I tell people I have more doctors than friends. I am wrong in that I do not include my friends on PFF.

I wish y'all the best.

I'm happy that you are doing well. I didn't notice your absence, but I haven't been on here as much, lately.
P&R has become a parody of itself. Just the same old arguments, and same old trolls. (Did I say that? )
Haven't done much with the Fiero(s) lately. Still have one of my friend's Fieros that I need to get running, and get it out of here.

Do take care of yourself.

Glad you're ok. For a minute, I thought I would have to research your name like I did for Willie
