Did you know that you can be charged with murder if you are commiting a felony which results in the police shooting someone? Did you know if you ever planned a crime with some dead beats, and it gets carried out by those dead beats, (but not by you) you can be charged?

Because TRESPASSING IS NOT A FELONY.

So every protestor in Kenosha should have been charged with murder along with Kyle Rittenhouse?
Every protestor in Minneapolis should have been charged with murder of Calvin Horton?

I have not heard of the law applied that way
but the felony murder laws is so broad it could be stretched to fit that case
the will of the state att is the ONLY LIMIT TO THAT LAW

With a 1 billion population in China and 27 million in Shanghai alone, I suspect the odds of any 'locals' having a face to face with Peng Shuai is about as probable as me seeing Taylor Swift picking up a 5 gal can of hydraulic fluid at the local Tractor Supply.
