I probly shouldn't leave this vague. I thought it was a great vid for what is going on these days. (Plus its got George Lynch on guitar.)
So, basically the citizens, the free people, need to stick together no matter what "color" they are, they need to see the big picture, and keep the powers that be in check. Not letting them divide and conquer, using sides as pawns. Not just about "color" either, but anything else they use..IE.. class, politics, safety / disease / vaccine.[This message has been edited by 2.5 (edited 04-15-2021).]

I think many have a complete misconception about the role of government in their lives.
The U.S. government was designed to be our assistant, our employee. We say "Here's some money, go build a road." or "That guy over there wishes to do me harm. Here's an aircraft carrier, go have a talk with him." Of course, we provide a regular paycheck in the form of taxes.
The government is not your boss. Don't depend on the government to tell you what to do next. The government does not owe you a paycheck.

Also we don't owe the government trust. Though as you said we do pay their paychecks, because they are part of the system we set up, and we approved of when we the people wrote our founding documents.
I also think this trickles to the media structures and corporations which are used as governmental overreach tools.[This message has been edited by 2.5 (edited 04-15-2021).]

Nothing is gonna change. Hasn't changed since we first climbed outta the trees way back when (or God got bored and made us outta mud, or we exploded outta a turtle's back or had our DNA "tickled" by Aliens, or whatever you happen to believe in.)
Not thrilled about this fact, but the big reset is just more of the same old story. All this racial bickering...and war and all that stuff...it gets boring (or exhausting) after awhile. You know what you're gonna find when you go diggin' in the dark. Terrible awful disgusting things.
But hey, these are ALL NEW terrible awful disgusting things! Didn't know about THIS awful thing that happened (or is happening)
another day, another genocide. ugh

This little experiment we call the United States of America is quite sucessful, we just need to keep it that way. The one beacon, the place everyone wants to go and be free, with respect for individual freedom.

As soon as you stop believing this is the greatest country in the world then you should start looking for a new place to live. Yes we have problems but you don't fix those problems by bitching about it and giving it a thumbs down on face book. You certainly will not be able to form an opinion based on the media controlled "news"
I miss the days when over a cold on you could discuss things and even when you disagree about something at the end of the day the USA was still the best place on earth.
Now its all about how can I blame someone else for my wrong doing and why can't we be like **** they get everything free. I have had a taste of free services. It didn't stand up to paying for and getting something. Free is never free.
I have a few years yet but the plan is to end up in a state that supports constitutional carry. I look forward to the day when I can move back east. But my eyes were opened during my time here in California. The rose glasses have been removed and shattered.

Makes sense to me, especially if they only want to tear down what it is and stands for.[This message has been edited by 2.5 (edited 04-22-2021).]
