New Evidence Shows Israeli Consulate Is Behind Matt Gaetz Extortion Scandal

New details in the scandal surrounding Florida congressman Matt Gaetz is shedding light into the influence of Israeli operatives and the depth of corruption in the US government.

In text messages publicized by Dilbert creator Scott Adams, the Israeli consulate’s media director Jake Novak informed him of secret grand jury proceedings tying Gaetz to sex with minors and a murder conspiracy days before the New York Times reported that he was under investigation.

Gaetz holds that he and his father, Don Gaetz, are being extorted by former federal prosecutor David L. McGee and ex-Air Force intelligence official Bob Kent.

McGee and Kent, operating as intermediaries, demanded the Gaetz’s provide them with $25 million dollars to fund an unlawful operation to rescue Robert Levinson, a rogue Jewish CIA agent captured in Iran. Levinson, who vanished in 2007, was presumed dead, but the Israelis believe he is still alive.

The Israeli operative Novak owns the illegal operation in his private exchange with Adams.

“The backstory is this is screwing up my efforts to free Bob Levinson. Gaetz’s dad was secretly finding (sic) us. So I’m very much wanting this to be untrue. I’ve got a commando team leader friend of mine nervously waiting for wire transfers to clear,” Novak wrote.

A March 16th blackmail note provided to the Washington Examiner by Don Gaetz shows Kent offering to secure a Biden administration pardon for Matt if he quickly ponies up the cash.

“I would like to talk with you immediately about the current federal investigation, and the indictment that is about to be filed against your son.

I have a plan that can make his future legal and political problems go away.

Last summer, we located Robert Levinson in Iran and took two proof of life videos, but the U.S. government foiled our rescue attempt. We have one more opportunity to rescue Levinson.” Kent goes on to claim that financing them will make all their problems vanish.

The Gaetz’s took the threats to the FBI.

The elder Gaetz volunteered to wear a wire to the meeting with Kent and McGee in hopes of building a case against them. As Gaetz prepared to transfer a $4.5 million dollar down payment on the bribe to move catch the men in the act, the blackmailers were tipped off by officials inside the Department of Justice who got the New York Times to publish that Gaetz was subject to a federal probe — effectively blowing the entire investigation.

The entire affair as it has unfolded so far shows that these types of schemes didn’t die with Jeffrey Epstein.

Rep. Gaetz continues to deny having sex with a minor, allegedly procured by former Seminole County Jewish tax collector and accused child sex trafficker Joel Greenberg.

Nevertheless, a story published today in the Daily Mail claims that Greenberg is a linchpin in the case against Gaetz and that the congressman’s arrest is “imminent.

I hope it's not true... but I suspect we won't find out, it'll just fade out of the news. If it's true... we'll hear all about it, if it's not true... the media won't talk about it.

It wouldn't surprise me about the Department of Justice... e.g. the corruption. Things need to be cleaned up in there.

Well, well, well. The $25 million extortion claim is true. The Eric Striker article on Unz.com that reads like a cartoon script appears to be factual.
But Gaetz is probably guilty or looks guilty at the same time.

The man accused of trying to extort $25 million from Rep. Matt Gaetz’s family admitted Monday that he asked the congressman’s dad for cash — but denied that it was a shakedown.

Bob Kent, an ex-Air Force intelligence officer, confirmed to Sirius Radio host Michael Smerconish that he approached the Florida Republican’s dad, Don Gaetz, for money last month.

The funds, Kent said, were to pay for an effort to free Robert Levinson, a former FBI agent who disappeared in Iran in 2007, and is believed to be dead. Kent claimed he has video evidence that Levinson is still alive and is being held hostage.

Kent said he met Don Gaetz, a wealthy former Florida politician, at his office on March 17 — and told him his son was having “legal issues” and might want to “generate good will” by helping with the rescue effort.

“I explained that in no way am I trying to extort him and that if he decides not to help us, he’ll never hear from me again,” Kent told Smerconish.

“Matt Gaetz is in need of good publicity, and I’m in need of $25 million to save Robert Levinson,” he added.

Kent insisted that his intention wasn’t to blackmail the Gaetz family.

“I never threatened the man — matter of fact, it was the opposite: I told him if he decides not to help us, he’ll never hear from me again,” Kent said, adding, “I can’t help how it sounds.”

Documents obtained by the Washington Examiner, however, showed how Kent allegedly texted Don Gaetz saying he had a plan that could make his son’s “future legal and political problems go away.”

Kent also gave Don a document called “Project Homecoming” that detailed the alleged federal probe against Matt Gaetz and claimed the FBI had photos of the lawmaker in a “sexual orgy with underage prostitutes.”

“Our strategy for Congressman Gaetz to mitigate his legal, and political, troubles would be for him, or someone else, to arrange for the funds required to obtain the immediate release of Robert Levinson from captivity in Iran,” the document stated.

Kent said the document was put together by Stephen Alford, a Florida developer who has previously been accused of fraud.

Transfer of the funds, Kent said, would have been all “aboveboard,” with the cash being funneled through David McGee, a former federal prosecutor who has served as the Levinson family’s attorney.

Don Gaetz contacted the FBI about the proposal and the agency is investigating whether it constitutes an extortion attempt against the Gaetz clan, the Washington Post reported last week.

Kent said he has been interviewed by the FBI and is cooperating.

It’s unclear how Kent and his cohorts knew that Matt Gaetz, 38, was under investigation by the Department of Justice.

The New York Times reported last week that the DOJ is looking into whether Gaetz paid a 17-year-old for sex and enticed her to travel, which would violate federal sex trafficking laws.

After the report broke, Gaetz publicly tied the investigation to what he claimed was an extortion attempt against his family by McGee.

The ex-DOJ official said Gaetz’s accusation was bogus, telling the Washington Post: “It’s a blatant attempt to distract from the fact that he’s under investigation for sex trafficking of minors.”

The probe into Gaetz is also said to focus on whether the congressman paid to have sex with several women recruited online.

He has denied the allegations.

The statement is being reported as a signal that Joel Greenberg is likely to become a cooperating witness against the U.S. Congressman from Florida's 1st Congressional District, Matt Gaetz.

That wasn't the entirety of that scene. There's a part in the middle where Scheller was joking to the reporters about trying to deflect the question.

I like this guy. Fritz Scheller. This reminds me of an Arby's TV commercial from years gone by that I wasn't able to find on YouTube. I wanted to post it in some other thread. And it just happens that I am about to go to the nearby Arby's for some takeout. To try the new Crinkle Fries. It's the only Arby's within reasonable driving distance that I know of.

So the commercial went like this. A guy is sitting on his sofa and watching TV. It's a news report. And the guy who is reporting the news starts to report the news, but as he gets into the news, it's obvious that he is hungry and he is "Thinking Arby's." There's a "Thinking Arby's" balloon (like a balloon in a comics strip) that appears onscreen, close to the news reporter's head. He starts moving his mouth like he's ravenous and rubbing his shirt over his stomach and the news that he's reporting is getting jumbled up with him saying "Arby's" and talking about what's on the menu at Arby's. And the guy on the couch smiles and says "I like this (news reporter) guy."

It was the delivery of that last line. An Emmy-level performance.

The word "associate" is thrown about in these propaganda pieces with wild abandon when the word acquaintance is the truthful proper term.

Obviously the word "associate" has more propaganda power as a guilt by association smear.
