It's a rather obscure reference. The way I named this thread. Obscure, but not too obscure for the Effete Snobs and Nattering Nabobs of Negativism that are the target audience for the MSNBC cable television channel. I'd fully expect to see the thread name that I used here as a teaser for an MSNBC on-air report about the slow pace of Covid vaccinations in Germany, under the longstanding German chancellor Angela Merkel, if MSNBC were going to air such a report.
