Finding rabbit holes, and spending hours travelling through them.
First, find a subject. Something positive, maybe...
and then let the internet unravel its silken threads...
be it something which will educate you
or entertain you
or enlighten you
just make sure it doesn't drain you find content, not crap created to generate revenue. Maybe lock your targeting computers on a comedian, and do a deep dive...and then look for the roasts...
Rodney Dangerfield.
best of.
supercuts.
roast: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_VyDpFRc-eE
and then add "Bill murray" to the keyword search...

when the present looks sh1tty, and the future is "uncertain" (most overused phrase the past two years)
comedy ALWAYS delivers.
Our lives, our reality is a big joke. I've been here awhile, and my one piece of advice (whether you want it or not) - Enjoy the years you have.
