An analysis of what happened with GameStop (Fiero used in example of investing)
"For example, imagine that your friend Cory has a broken-down Pontiac Fiero that he buys for $100.
You decide to buy 50% of this Fiero for $50. But then, Cory buys the Fiero some tires, clears the rat’s nest out of the
engine bay and installs some pretty sweet fuzzy dice over the rear-view mirror, thus raising the value of the Fiero to $500.
As the 50% owner of this Fiero, your share is now worth $250 – a rise of 400%! Very good investing!"
"... if Cory huffs too much glue and crashes the Fiero into a ravine, all you’re going to lose is $50."
Shortselling is riskier than regular stock trading... here's why GameStop shortsellers got caught short...

Interesting analogy. Also in your link's video, (85GT? )
 then one could buy Cory's share of the Fiero for next to nothing, and part it out maybe for $500.00. A 800% rise in the initial investment,  .

I don't get it.
This sounds pretty fishy, perhaps even fraudulent.
If, (as you plainly stated) my friend Cory HAS a broken down Fiero.............why, does he then buy it? Did he buy it from himself?
