I used to use that excuse, doesn't work so well in living about an hour from the Gulf of Mexico.

Hell, I still have my TREE lit up in the living room. My wife won't let me touch that thing until after Valentines day. I feel your pain

I hate admitting this but, my sister (lives in FL) has a Christmas tree in every room of her house and they are on permanent display.

stays up until is warm in many places but most not on.
Maybe rated for outside but most won't bend right and get tangles because of it.
Even many cities don't remove a lot of lights when weather is cold. Only bigger more expensive things to steel or weather wrecked. Depending just what their on may not remove even then. "City grade" Christmas lights etc are made better then most consumer items and can last years.------------------

I can understand that, especially in colder climates but, tonight I had to go out and put a new dusk to dawn timer on them.........
She's already told me that if I get that shop next door bought, she wants the same thing on it. At least she went with LEDs.
I'm thinking that as a baby she got dropped on her head. I love her but my lord........

Gimme a break man...at least you are getting off the hook with 12 bucks of pretty-flashy LED lights....
I got sucked in yesterday for 200 bucks for a teddy bear....
"But...But...But...it gives me something to take to the hospital with me".....
Something I cant tell the difference is 4 bucks at the dollar store, except for the tag.
WOMEN, cant live with them, and ya go to jail for just shooting them !!
