This I found so hilarious, but it appears that Trump has established the Office of the Former President and vows to continue the Trump agenda to help the American people through advocacy, organizing, and public activism.
Of course, this is a clutch play. This is based on what was this huge DNC Party back drop for the media lap dogs that Biden had when they can get him enough shots to counteract his sundowners so he can speak at a podium with the false slogan of "Office of the President Elect". This of course was to fool people to think that there was such a designated office. But that was completely false and there is no such thing as an "Office of the President Elect". But most people don't know that and they count on most people will not know that and that's why they can fool people.
So since the DNC Party decided to create such an office, Trump decided to create the "Office of the Former President". LOL! Regardless of what you think of Trump (hate, love, indifferent) I thought it was funny and why the hell not.

It'll be interesting to see how relevant he becomes, or convicted he becomes. The Deep Staters aren't done with him.
Trump is a master troll. It got him elected and has served him well through his life. But the press was effective at trolling him back. They aren't done and won't be, ever.
Heard it said that he can't live at Mar-a-lago by agreement he made by turning it into a club. Of course there are legal work arounds yet to be worked out.

Any thoughts on Obama staying in DC after he left office and running his shadow government?

Puppets don't run anything. You can stay peacefully sleeping and doing their bidding.
There has always been a deep state. It's in every HOA and in every government.
Our major press loses relevance as social media pics it up.

I dont think its funnier than Biden Cancer Initiative
He was the president, so the title Office of the Former President is not a lie. As a private citizen he has the right to do anything he wants as long as its inside the law.

Thanks be to Providence. And not the Providence that until recently was part of the official name of the State of Rhode Island, née the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations.
As I was contemplating what I might say here, I stumbled upon an article that I want to read.
"The Aspiring Novelist Who Became Obama’s Foreign-Policy Guru"
quote | How Ben Rhodes rewrote the rules of diplomacy for the digital age. |

David Samuels for the New York Times Magazine; May 5, 2016. https://www.nytimes.com/201...ign-policy-guru.html
Ben Rhodes has become one of my favorite Talking Heads on MSNBC. He was the Deputy National Security Advisor for Strategic Communications during the Obama presidency, and had that "gig" for all eight years, from 2009 to 2017.
I think I'd like to see him officially take the field in some capacity as part of the Biden-Harris administration.
That would be like the State of Rhodes Island, instead of Rhode Island. The "Island" being whatever office space he would have in the West Wing or perhaps the State Department.

It was easier for me to figure out what thought you wanted to express, by striking through all of the irrelevant words.
It turns out there was nothing.[This message has been edited by olejoedad (edited 01-27-2021).]

I think that "olejoedad" struck out some very relevant words in that message.
I think that "Biden-Harris" on any of the worst days ahead will be a significant improvement over what "Trump-Pence" was at any moment during the last four years, even moments from the best days of "Trump-Pence" when President Trump was focused enough on his golf game to not have much time or inclination for doing or saying anything else.
My eyes are on what's ahead.
