What's going on with the weather down in Texas? (Page 1/1)

I saw a report on the Weather Channel about all the snow in Texas. Considering that it's been up to 54°F here recently... and pouring rain... I wanted to see some winter footage.

I found this video on YouTube which was posted a few days ago. It's kind of sweet actually... a pleasant diversion from what's been going on elsewhere. Who doesn't love watching a dog running circles in the snow... in Waco Texas no less!
